A new Suicide Squad Isekai trailer has dropped, giving us a better look at the anime series about DC‘s iconic team of antiheroes. The series is set to begin streaming this year.
The trailer opens with Harley Quinn and the Joker on a crime spree, then shows several different members of the squad taking on a dangerous mission in another realm. In the same announcement, it was also revealed that the show’s ending theme, titled “Go-Getters,” will be sung by Mori Calliope.

Suicide Squad Isekai is directed by Eri Osada from a screenplay written by Tappei Nagatsuki and Eiji Umehara. The anime features DC villains, including Harley Quin, Joker, Peacemaker, Deadshot, Clayface, and King Shark, who will be voiced by Anna Nagase, Yuichiro Umehara, Takehito Koyasu, Reigo Yamaguchi, Jun Fukuyaman, and Subaru Kimura, respectively.
The series’ music is by Kenichiro Suehiro, with character design by Naoto Hosoda. The animation is handled by Wit Studio with Warner Bros. Japan producing.
What will Suicide Squad Isekai be about?
“In the crime-ridden Gotham City, Amanda Waller, the head of A.R.G.U.S., has assembled a group of notorious criminals for a mission: Harley Quinn, Deadshot, Peacemaker, Clayface and King Shark. These DC Super-Villains are sent into an otherworldly realm that’s connected to this world through a gate. It’s a world of swords and magic where orcs rampage and dragons rule the skies — an ISEKAI,” reads the show’s synopsis.
“Harley and others go on a rampage after arriving in ISEKAI but are captured by the Kingdom’s soldiers and sent to prison. They only have 72 hours before the bomb on their neck explodes.
