The episode continues from where the previous one left off with Sakura and Sugishita’s clash. Suo reveals that Sugishita’s anger stems from his devotion to Umemiya, who stands atop the school. Meanwhile, Sakura is able to land a kick on Sugishita, which causes him to bleed. However, their fight is interrupted by Umemiya, who makes several announcements. Sakura is shocked to see the class attentive to his every word and carefree attitude. Sugishita and Sakura then make peace, as Umemiya had asked for no fighting.

Later, everyone heads out to the courtyard, where Sakura reunites with Toma, who helped him in the previous battle. Sakura tells Nirei about the battle, but Toma interrupts him. Sakura, Nirei, Suo, and Sugoshita set out for patrol alongside Toma. They run into a kid being chased by a rival faction, Shishitoren.

Sakura and Sugoshita save him, knocking out one of his captors. However, they are interrupted by Tengo’s arrival, who beats him for being weak and sullying the school name. He promises to see Sakura again and leaves. The episode ends with Toma taking all of them to Umemiya to report the case.
