Gods Game We Play episode 3 recap
The episode starts with Fay and Leoleshea discussing the need for more teammates with Chief Secretary Miranda. While angry about their late appointment, she still responds to them, telling them it is a mandatory policy. Although Leoleshea doesn’t agree with adding a random person, she heeds the request later on.
The next day, Fay sets up an ad asking for new teammates. Though many people respond that they want a chance to have Fay on their team, they quickly rescind their offer when they learn of Leoleshea’s involvement. Apparently, Leoleshea is a loose cannon who had caused a lot of trouble before Fay’s return.
Their conversation is interrupted when they notice a girl trying to retire from being an apostle. She introduces herself as Pearl Diamond and showcases her ability to teleport and switch places. Filled with guilt over her team’s loss, she chooses to quit being an apostle. Seeing her ability would be helpful, Fay offers her a chance to join his team, but she refuses. She finally gives in and agrees to join them, happy knowing that someone wants her on their team. The episode ends with the trio confronting their first game together.
