Go! Go! Loser Ranger! Anime Trailer Features New Cast Members

Go! Go! Loser Ranger! anime TV series is based on Negi Haruba’s manga of the same name. The official website and Twitter account of the anime unveiled a new trailer preview for the series, which introduces the Otakus to the new cast members embodying the Divine Dragon Rangers. The cast was revealed in a brief yet impactful 45-second-long snippet at the beginning of the video.

As such, following are the new cast members who feature as the Divine Dragon Rangers:

  • Yūichi Nakamura as Red Keeper
  • Go Inoue as Blue Keeper
  • Kensho Ono as Yellow Keeper
  • Kousuke Toriumi as Green Keeper
  • M.A.O as Pink Keeper

Haruba initiated the manga’s serialization in the month of February 2021, in Weekly Shōnen Magazine. However, it was only on September 14 that the eleventh compiled volume of the manga gracefully sailed into circulation.

Haruba’s manga has served as an inspiration for two enthralling television anime seasons and a captivating anime film. So much so, it continues to be the muse for a forthcoming anime special, which is set to premiere in 2024, on 28 TBS Networks.

Kodansha Comics, the esteemed publisher of the English edition of the manga since November 2022, describes the plot as follows:

WHO IS THE HERO… AND WHO IS THE VILLAIN?

When the Monster Army invaded Earth thirteen years ago, the Divine Dragon Rangers rose up to stop them! With the war raging on, these great heroes are mankind’s last hope!

…or are they?

In truth, the invaders were subjugated within a year, forced to continue to crank out a monster a week for the Rangers to crush in front of their adoring fans! But one monster has had enough. Something has to change! He’ll rebel against the might of the Dragon Rangers and destroy them all…from the inside!

Keiichi Satō, who has worked on titles such as Tiger and Bunny, Genesis, and Virgin Soul, is directing the anime at Yostar Pictures. Given the reputation of both Satō and Yostar Pictures, fans are looking forward to the anime’s release ahead of its premiere.
