Dark Gathering episode 18 featured Yayoi taking a decisive action to rescue Eiko from the vengeful wrath of the angel and daughter spirit. With her alien spirit’s assistance, they skillfully overcame all the angels and spirits that were haunting the building. Finally, Eiko gets liberated from the curse and Yayoi takes care of the remnants of the shrine. Following this success, Eiko purchases the house after contacting the owner of the house.

On their way back home, Yayoi briefs Eiko on their next targets. Simultaneously, Ai’s godly spirit engages with the Spectre of Death, which provides valuable guidance on strengthening his abilities. Yayoi goes on to justify her decision not to involve Graduates during the Kishimojin expedition. Meanwhile, the Spectre of Death visits Kishimojin only to cause chaos. Sadly, Yayoi’s mother becomes a slave to the Spectre, too.
Dark Gathering episode 19: What to expect?
Fans believe that the stakes are now too high with how the events have transpired in the previous episode. They also believe that Yayoi might need more than just three Graduates if she wants to beat the Spectre.
They are rooting for Yayoi to be able to save her mother, especially with how the recent episode ended with Yayoi staring at a photograph capturing a moment with her mother.

Episode 19 of the anime TV adaptation will begin airing in Japan on November 13, 2023, at 1:05 a.m. JST. The episode will premiere on original Japanese networks such as Tokyo MX and Kansai TV.
International audiences, however, can find the episode along with the previous episodes of the anime on HIDIVE. As for the release window of the episode in other regions, it entirely depends on how quickly the episode gets updated in those regions.
