The clan was famous for possessing powerful life forces and chakra. Its specialty in fūinjutsu makes it formidable and invincible. Despite their invincibility, how was the clan torn down? Unfortunately, the definite and factual answer remains unknown. All that the fandom knows is that the Uzumaki Clan was one of the most feared clans. Fear inevitably leads to threats. In other words, fans theorize that the clan posed a threat to the other groups. And, as it happens, those groups took the clan down to get rid of the threat. What happened to the Uzumaki clan in Naruto?
A surprise attack followed by a massacre was written in their fate. This happened during the Third Ninja War. Unlike the Uchiha Clan, which was wiped out by one person, the Uzumaki Clan fell prey to a band of nations.
The Senju and the Uzumaki clans together must have been undefeatable. Although the history of their friendship is not known, their bond was strengthened through inter-clan marriages. But, it is likely, according to the fans, that the Konoha village did not help when the Uzumakis were under attack. Or, in fact, it is probable that their friendship was forged and they were betrayed by the Senju clan.
To the disappointment of Naruto fans, none of the theories can be uttered with certainty. There is no way to know unless a sequel featuring the Uzumaki Clan is in the making. Although fact-checking is impossible as of now, one thing for certain is that Naruto continues to be one of the most loved anime series in the anime verse.
