Keitaro is assigned the task of teaching a child prodigy named Yayoi. He acquires information about Yayoi’s supernatural abilities from his close friend Eiko and decides to help the child search for the spirit that took her mother away in the past. As the spirit hunt starts, the character indulges in a creepy adventure with sprinkles of lighthearted antics now and then.

Dark Gathering episode 14 recap
Episode 14 features Keitaro, Yayoi, and Eiko reaching the Old F Tunnel. Eiko digs up information about the location, and the trio moves inside. However, Eiko separates herself from the other two outside the tunnel’s entrance. There, she crosses paths with a YouTuber named Anna.
During a conversation, both Anna and Eiko realize they are trapped in a recurring event involving a tale about the Psycho Killer. Anna reveals that she was once a victim of Psycho Killer’s spirit. Shortly after, the spirit appears and takes Eiko to an isolated location in the Old Old F Tunnel. Meanwhile, Yayoi informs Keitaro about the imposter Eiko who is traveling with them.
Yayoi launches an attack on the imposter Eiko, only to discover that it is Anna’s ex-friend. Together, they attempt to rescue Eiko from the Psycho Killer spirit, but it manages to escape along with Eiko. The episode ends with both Yayoi and Anna venturing into the spirit’s realm.
