The 2022 anime series Sasaki and Miyano has been set to continue with the Sasaki and Miyano: Graduation release date confirmed for later this month.

The Sasaki and Miyano: Graduation release date has been set for September 28, 2023, when the film will arrive on Crunchyroll.
The new original video animation is set after the events of the original 2022 anime and will focus on the titular pair as they try to navigate a new stage of their relationship while Sasaki also prepares for his graduation.
The anime and subsequent OVA are based on the manga series by Shō Harusono, which originally released in 2016. The series is still ongoing to this day, with nine volumes in total. The manga tells the story of two male high school students whose friendship gradually becomes romantic.
“Shy and easily flustered Miyano harbors an embarrassing secret – he is a ‘fudanshi,’ a boy who likes boys’ love manga,” reads the official synopsis of the anime. “Intrigued, the clueless delinquent Sasaki requests to borrow one, marking a shift in their strange dynamic.”
