The Irregular at Magic High School will be expanding with three new manga series, according to the latest issue of Square Enix’s Monthly G Fantasy magazine (via Anime News Network).

The three new manga will be simulcast serializations and appear both in Monthly G Fantasy magazine and in Kadokawa’s Monthly Comic Dengeki Daioh magazine in 2023. Tsuna Kitaumi — who worked on the manga adaptation — will adapt the Isolation Arc from the light novel’s 23rd volume, while Mei Higuchi will adapt the Prologue of Disturbance Arc from the light novel’s 21st and 22nd volumes. Finally, Yuzuki N Dash will adapt the Escape Arc of the light novel’s 24th and 25th volumes.

No other information on release dates or other items has been revealed as of yet, but with a 2023 release tentatively set, fans won’t have to wait too long for more information.

The Irregular at Magic High School began as a web novel series by Tsutomu Sato and was published on Shousetsuka ni Naro between October 2008 and March 2011. The light novel series ran from July 2011 until September 2020, concluding after 32 volumes and 10 side stories. The anime television adaptation’s first season was done by Madhouse and premiered in 2014. Its second season was produced by Eight Bit and aired between October and December 2020.
