Bleach: Thousand Year Blood War Episode 3’s release date in the United States is Monday, October 24. The episode will air in Japan at 12 a.m. JST on Tuesday, October 25.
Disney+ and Hulu are simulcasting the series. The episode with English subtitles will be available 30 minutes after its release in Japan. In the United States, that would be at the following times:

The others wait for Ichigo to return. Shortly after, Ryunosuke receives an update for all the squads. They find out about the intruders and Sasakibe. While patrolling, Nel and Pesche appear and ask for Ichigo’s help with Hueco Mundo. Elsewhere, Yhwach eliminates Ebern and Luders. It turns out Hueco Mundo is under his domain, and Halibel has been captured. At Ichigo’s house, Pesche updates everyone about the attack in Hueco Mundo. Ichigo agrees to help them out, but Uryu backs out since he’s a Quincy. Uruhara shows up, and they head for Hueco Mundo.
The group arrives while the soldiers are taking the Arrancars. Ichigo prepares to save them, even if Dondochakka isn’t there. The soldiers line up the Arrancar. The Stern Ritter announces they’re doing a selection for the Hollows and Arrancar. He begins stabbing many of them, and two fight back, but they fail. The Tres Bestia arrive, and they eliminate numerous soldiers. The Stern Ritter suggests they surrender, but his negotiation fails. Ichigo arrives at the scene to see the Tres Bestia wounded. Meanwhile, the meeting at the Squad One barracks confirms that the rebel army, Wandenreich, is Quincies.
