Boruto: Naruto Next Generations Episode 263 Recap

While walking to the Academy, Himawari and Kawaki briefly discuss their teacher, Hana, and the incoming special instructors. The class is surprised to see Team 7 as the special instructors. Meanwhile, Boruto teases Kawaki about being his student. The two end up arguing, and Sarada tries to calm them down. While Team 7 is showing off their ninjutsu, Hana feels incompetent since her ninjutsu isn’t as flashy as theirs.

For lunch, Boruto brings a bunch of Thunder Burgers. The class notices it’s not enough for all of them, and Boruto introduces the next activity. Some students start with a ball in hand, while the others do not. Whoever has a ball by the end of the game gets a burger. Boruto initially wished to teach the class the importance of friendship, hoping they would end up sharing their burgers with each other. However, Boruto’s plan backfires. Ehou and Soul begin to fight over Mimi’s candy bar, and the rest of the class is divided.

After the incident, Himawari and Kawaki arrive in an empty classroom. The only student there is Kae, who doesn’t know where the others are. Meanwhile, the teachers try to get Ehou and Soul to stop fighting. Boruto tries to handle the situation by making Ehou and Soul play cards. The attempt fails, and Kawaki interferes with taiyaki. However, his attempt also fails. Hana also tries to patch things up between the two by meeting them individually. The next day, Himawari, Kawaki, and Kae walk into an empty classroom. They noticed the rest of the class was waiting outside. Using her ninjutsu, Hana arranged a cherry blossom viewing for her students. Due to Hana’s efforts, Soul and Ehou make up, and so does the rest of the class.
