Through the efforts of Miura’s assistants and under the supervision of Mori, Berserk will continue to run starting with Young Animal magazine’s 13th issue of the year. In a statement made on Twitter, which you can read in English below, Mori says that he was the only person to be told the entire story of Berserk by Miura over the years. Using this firsthand knowledge, Mori says he will supervise the rest of the chapters in the series to provide an experience as close to Miura’s vision as possible.

From now on, new chapters of the manga will say “Original work by Kentarou Miura, manga by Studio Gaga, supervised by Kouji Mori.” Studio Gaga was founded by Kentarou Miura, and is run by various assistants who have worked on Berserk with Miura over the years.
