Disney Preps Redo of Something Wicked This Way Comes

Grahame-Smith penned “Pride and Prejudice and Zombies” as well as the films Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter (based on his novel) and Tim Burton’s Dark Shadows. The writer is also penning Beetlejuice 2. According to Deadline, Grahame-Smith will knock out a treatment of Something Wicked This Way Comes and Disney will put another writer on scripting duties.

Bradbury’s ’62 novel – about two young boys who encounter a carnival operated by a sinister man named Mr. Dark – was adapted once already in ’83 for Disney.
