Deadline is reporting Julian Jarrold will direct the thriller Exit 147 for Mandalay Pictures. The film will be shepheded by Mandalay’s indie arm, Mandalay Vision, and was written by Travis Milloy.
Milloy previously scripted the sci-fi film Pandorum. In his latest effort, the story – according to Deadline – follows “a young father driving cross country to see his daughter is stopped by a sheriff at Exit 147, and it turns into a psychological game of cat and mouse with deadly consequences.”
Jarrold last directed the “1974” part of the Red Riding Trilogy.
