A version of the teaser trailer for Scream 4 debuted on Spike TV’s Scream Awards, which appear to be something of a pitiful MTV Movie Awards knock-off, and the clip has found its way online. The film is set for an April 15, 2011 release and once a proper version arrives online I’ll do a more formal article, but for now here’s all there is to offer.
