Prime Video has set the release date for Helluva Boss Season 3. The streamer confirmed the news during its first Annecy Studio Focus Panel, ending months of speculation for fans of the Hazbin Hotel spin-off.
Prime Video confirms when Helluva Boss Season 3 will premiere
Helluva Boss Season 3, Part 1 will premiere on October 14, 2026. It is the first season produced entirely under Amazon’s umbrella, following the show’s start on YouTube in 2020. Prime Video also unveiled a first-look clip alongside the date announcement.
The Hazbin Hotel spin-off teaser first shows Stolas crafting a romance novel in his mind, casting himself and Blitzø as a bashful prince and charming baron. Their imagined stable encounter quickly unravels into a nightmare, interrupted by traumatic memories of his kidnapping at the hands of Striker.
The sequence cuts between fantasy and reality, where an annoyed Blitzø speaks to Moxxie on the phone while Millie takes a sick day. The latter is a direct nod to her pregnancy reveal at the close of Season 2.
The upcoming season will span 15 episodes, split into two halves. The back portion will reportedly release in 2027. Prime Video has already confirmed Season 4 as the show’s final run, with a similar episode count expected. Viewers can also anticipate more crossover elements with Hazbin Hotel, now that both series sit under the same streaming roof. The studio is keeping details on where those connections surface under wraps.
Vivienne Medrano created the series and executive produces alongside Dave Wilson and Melissa Wolfe. The show follows the Immediate Murder Professionals, a crew of demons who kill humans on Earth for hell-bound clients. The comedic series also tracks their messy personal lives, tackling love, loss, and self-improvement.
The voice cast includes Brandon Rogers, Richard Horvitz, Vivian Williams, Erica Lindbeck, and Bryce Pinkham, alongside Alex Brightman, James Monroe Iglehart, Cristina Vee, Georgie Leahy, Rochelle Diamante, and Morgana Ignis.
