General Hospital Spoilers Today: [Spoiler] Prepares to Leave Port Charles in Mar. 12 Recap

Here’s a recap and spoilers of General Hospital’s March 12 episode to catch you up on who’s preparing to leave Port Charles. The episode also showcased Maxie blasting Nathan over Lulu, Jason confronting Valentin, and Molly contemplating her relationship with Cody.

Spoilers for what happened on General Hospital on March 12, 2026

Shaky conviction

Cody asks Dante how he knew that Lulu was the one for him. Surprised by the question, Dante wonders if it was about Molly, to which Cody agrees and explains the situation with Molly. Dante recalls his first meeting with Lulu and also talks about how he lost the chance to have a life with her, since she is now with Nathan. He then urges Cody not to let Molly go.

Meanwhile, Molly talks to Kristina. She already lost TJ a while back because of endometriosis, and she doesn’t want to lose Cody as well. Still, Molly says she doesn’t want kids and wishes to tell Cody, but worries about how he would react. Kristina urges Molly to be open and not to underestimate her boyfriend.

Lulu seeks more clarity

Lulu invites Carly to talk about Nathan. Carly shows support, saying she should focus on her own happiness rather than on Maxie. Talking about daughters, Carly also advises Lulu to trust Charlotte more to have a good relationship with her. After she leaves, Lulu tells Charlotte she can stay home alone and heads out.

Nathan loses his cool

Nathan brings James home, who goes to his room. Maxie then explodes at Nathan, wondering what he would have done if she had chosen him. After a long argument, Nathan loses his temper and vents that she chose Spinelli over him and that she can’t expect him to be alone all his life. Maxie then reasons that she wants him to be happy, just not with Lulu, saying, “Lulu is mine.” Soon, Lulu knocks on Maxie’s door.

A round of farewells

Britt says goodbye to Rocco under the pretense of doing it for her mother. She then speaks to Lucas, ending with friendly banter and acknowledging each other’s value.

At Carly’s home, Jason visits Valentin in the attic and warns him against ever betraying Carly. But Valentin assures Jason he won’t betray her since both need each other to take down Sidwell and Jack. When Carly gets home, Jason talks to her about leaving. She gets emotional and asks him to be safe and come back soon.

Charlotte warns Valentin

Charlotte sneaks into the attic and warns her father about Nina and Jack working together. She wanted to lie to Nina to misdirect Jack, but Valentin urged her to say that he had never gotten in touch with her. He adds that if everything works out, he can prove his innocence and stay back.
