Bold & Beautiful Spoilers Today: [Spoiler] Has a Health Emergency on Feb. 19

Wondering what the spoilers and recap are for The Bold and the Beautiful for February 19?

The episode opens with Brooke and Ridge in disbelief that Eric is working for the Logans. They attempt to make Katie understand that she might be mistaken in thinking a Forrester legend would design her collection.

However, when they turn their attention to Eric and Donna, they realize that Katie isn’t lying. Ridge has a hard time believing that his father betrayed them. As Ridge and Brooke begin to argue, Eric reveals that he did what he believed was right and went where he was needed and respected. He also becomes furious with Ridge for forcing him into retirement.

Hope reacts

When Hope learns the truth about Eric’s involvement in Katie’s business, she remains shocked and in disbelief. She tells Liam she’s speechless about what she has just learned. Liam explains to her that Eric was unhappy that his son forced him into retirement. Therefore, Eric felt that joining Katie’s business was the right decision and also a form of revenge against Ridge’s decision.

While Hope is happy for Eric, she feels that it has made things much messier and more complicated for the family. She knows that Brooke will be upset with Katie. However, Liam clarifies that it wasn’t Katie’s idea to involve Eric. Hope understands but worries that her mother won’t.

Ridge and Brooke’s furious debate begins

Meanwhile, Ridge slams Bill and Katie for turning a father against his son. Brooke stands by Ridge’s side. Katie tries to clarify that it was Eric who offered to work for the company and that she didn’t ask him to. Donna comes in to support her.

They continue debating over who caused more stress to the Forrester patriarch. Donna interrupts the escalating argument, followed by Eric, who makes it clear that he made his own decisions and no one influenced him.

Eric speaks up

Elsewhere, Hope continues to voice her concerns about Eric’s health and the fallout that could follow once everyone learns the truth. An agitated Eric reveals that he decided to join the Logans after Ridge effectively pushed him out of the very company he once owned.

Eric experiences a health scare

Ridge admits that he pushed Eric into retirement but reminds him that he later invited him back to the company. Having had enough of the debate, Eric delivers a heartfelt speech about his competence and legacy.

Overwhelmed by emotion, he suddenly experiences a medical emergency, prompting Ridge to call 911 while Bill makes the call. Paramedics soon arrive to assist Eric as the family feud is abruptly halted.
