The episode opens with Steffy receiving a call from Finn, who reveals that he will not be returning from the hospital and that Hayes is still with Will and Dylan. Steffy feels sorry for Electra, knowing she is uncomfortable with Will and Dylan being together. Although Electra reassures Steffy that she is fine, her expression suggests otherwise.
Two new clients arrive and request bohemian-style jewelry. One of them offers the pair money to create two diamond-encrusted peace necklaces. After the clients leave, Steffy and Electra burst into laughter and are grateful that they were their last customers of the day.

Hayes stays overnight
As Will and Dylan play with Hayes, Finn calls to inform them that he will not be able to return that night and asks if they can keep his son overnight. Hayes becomes excited about staying with them, but Will tells him it is time for bed once the call ends. The child creates an awkward moment by asking whether Will and Dylan will be going to bed too. Dylan distracts Hayes, and Will continues to praise her kindness.
RJ sets his eyes on Electra
After a swim at the pool, RJ returns home, and Brooke praises how handsome her son looks. She then shifts the conversation to encouraging him to rejoin the family business. She also points out how the women at the office admire him. RJ admits that there are interesting women at work and mentions Electra by name. However, Brooke reminds him that Will is committed to her.
Daphne and Carter talk wedding
In the showroom, Daphne and Carter share a romantic dinner while discussing Paris. The conversation turns to wedding plans when Daphne reveals that she wants Steffy as her maid of honor and suggests Ridge as Carter’s best man. They raise a toast, and Carter proposes the idea of getting married in the Forrester showroom.
Ivy stresses out Electra
After Steffy tells Electra that Hayes is staying overnight, Electra becomes more anxious. She calls Ivy and tells her about the situation. Ivy insists that Dylan and Will should not be spending so much time together and criticizes their living arrangement. This upsets Electra. Meanwhile, Will asks Dylan to show him her dance performance, and she agrees.
Dylan dances for Will
Steffy reassures Electra that Will is devoted to her and that she has nothing to worry about. Meanwhile, Dylan enters the living room wearing her ballet outfit and begins to dance. During one of the moves, she gets very close to Will and nearly sits on his lap. Ivy secretly watches and witnesses the performance. She becomes convinced that what is happening between them is inappropriate.
