Spoilers for what happened on General Hospital on January 26, 2026

Britt Pushes Jason away

Jason arrived at the hospital to talk to Britt, but she refused to do so. When he insists, Britt calls Lucas to be a witness in case she may need to file a restraining order against Jason. She then yells at Jason to leave her alone, steps away from him, and cries in a corner.

Later, Jason meets Sonny, and the two discuss Britt’s sudden change in behavior. After they deduce that Britt might be under pressure from Sidwell, Jason says that he’ll put her under surveillance.

Brick Is Back

Jordan runs into Brick at the hotel, who flirts with her. Soon, Curtis arrives, prompting Brick to leave. Jordan and Curtis talk about Brick for a little while before changing the subject to Drew’s stroke. He admits to no longer being angry with Drew and also shares that Portia is not yet ready to take the paternity test.

Carly Seeks Sidwell’s Favor

Carly stumbles upon Sidwell at the hotel and tells him that she needs a favor. Before she can say it, Sidwell says that he won’t help her sabotage Lucas and Marco’s relationship because he cares about his son’s happiness. Instead, he offers to help Carly reconcile with Lucas and invites her to Wyndemere.

Carly then meets Brick, who questions her about talking to Sidwell. She confides her worries about Lucas in Brick. He warns that nothing good comes from associating with Sidwell, but she admits to having plans to deal with it.

Sonny Warns Ava

Ava drops by Sonny’s place to deliver Avery’s costume. Sonny brings up the topic of her working with Sidwell and warns her about the consequences that come with it. But she pushes back, saying that it’s just business.

Later, Ava joins Sidwell at his table and discusses her meeting with Sonny. She tells him that Sonny can’t stop her from working with him. He then tells her that they should go to Wyndemere to continue their discussion.

Joss Gives Jack a Lead

Joss meets with Jack and informs him about her time at Wyndemere. She explains that Marco got upset when Lucas wished to explore the catacombs beneath Wyndemere. Joss believes that it might be the place where they could be carrying out their secret experiment. She says that since there will be a storm soon, nobody will be lurking around that place, allowing them to investigate that place. While Jack thinks about it, he warns about getting close to that place.

Later, Jack meets with Cullum, who orders him to learn about Sidwell’s project and whether Sonny is working with him. Jack then reveals that he’s using Carly to get more information. Joss listens to their conversation from close by.

Marco Orders a Hit

Cullum arrives at Wyndemere, believing that Sidwell called him. However, it’s Marco who called him. Marco tells him that he’s not fond of how his father is handling Sonny, and speculates that Sonny might be planning a retaliation. He says that blackmailing isn’t enough, and asks him to take Sonny out of the equation for good.

Later, Britt arrives after checking out the new lab. She vents to Marco that it’s not safe enough to conduct her experiments. She says that she wants to get this over with as soon as possible, but Lucas suddenly appears, having heard their conversation.
