Spoilers for what happened on General Hospital on January 13, 2026
Dante Questions Jack
Outside the courtroom, Dante corners Jack and directly asks him whether WSB tampered with evidence against Willow. Nina eavesdrops from nearby. Despite the ambush, Jack remains composed and defends himself, saying that his department had nothing to do with it. Inside the courtroom, Drew and Willow are worried about Alexis still not showing up.
Alexis’s Crisis
Alexis meets Diane, and she confides in her about discovering that Willow shot Drew. She admits that her morality is urging her to stop defending her client. Diane warns her that withdrawing now would cause a mistrial. Alexis is worried that Michael could be found guilty because she made a convincing case against him. But Diane makes her realize that if she backs out now, Drew could separate her from Scout for good.
Moments Ahead of Closing Arguments
Sidwell orders Jordan to go to the trial and keep an eye on Drew. He starts to believe that Drew might not be the politician that he needs in DC. She later arrives at the court, where she finds Curtis and Trina talking to each other. Meanwhile, when Willow asks Suzanne about Alexis’s whereabouts, she unconvincingly attempts to cover for the lawyer.
On the other side, Justine and Dante are discussing the missing evidence, and she admits that the jury might acquit Willow. She urges him to find out who tampered with the evidence. Alexis finally arrives right before the session starts.
A Risky Job
Valentin asks Carly to search Jack’s room for any evidence that she can find against Sidwell. After a lot of back-and-forth, she agrees to do it. She later breaks into Jack’s room and finds a hidden compartment with papers. While she takes a photo, she hears Britt yelling at Jack outside the room. Meanwhile, Valentin heads to Wyndemere, where Ava catches him trying to find the trigger to a secret passage.
Down in Anna’s cell, she fakes being conscious to overpower Pascal. When he tries to check up on her, she grabs her gun and points it at him.
Closing Statements
Justine delivers a sharp closing statement, emphasizing that Willow’s attempted murder was premeditated. She reminds the jury about Willow finding out about the death of the judge, Drew’s affair with her mother, and Drew’s meltdown on the stand. Justine continued to recall all the evidence and reasons why Willow committed the crime.
Alexis makes her closing statement, saying that Willow is innocent, and praises her for being a good mother. Alexis then redirects blame toward Michael, saying that jealousy motivated him to shoot Drew. But during her argument, she briefly stumbles, nearly blaming Willow. However, she corrected herself and finished her statement.
