General Hospital’s Eden McCoy on What Josslyn Wants From Britt

Eden McCoy, who plays Josslyn Jacks, recently shared details about her reunion with Britt Westbourne, played by Kelly Thiebaud, on General Hospital. She also revealed how she could be of great help on her current mission. For those unfamiliar, Josslyn is currently on an undercover mission at the Five Poppies in Croatia. There, she learns that Britt isn’t dead and thinks her being actively involved in the mission, too, could help her get her answers.

McCoy revealed she was very happy to have Thiebaud’s Britt back on General Hospital.

In a conversation with Soap Opera Digest, she praised her co-star and mentioned that her presence has made the storyline even more interesting. This is because they are both involved in this spy world.

“I was so excited when I heard she was coming back. I’m super-stoked to keep working with her, especially because it’s been a few years and we are at such a different point in Josslyn’s life. It’s just so much more interesting because now we’re both grown women and we’re both in this, like, weird spy world. So, it’s nice to have another female [in the storyline] that I’m so comfortable with, and for us to be doing similar things,” she added.

Currently, Joss is being forced to work for a mysterious boss. Her boss easily controls her from afar, as he has access to the vital medication she depends on. On the other hand, Britt is involved in medical research inside a lab that’s inaccessible to guests.

McCoy says Josslyn is filled with questions when she first sees Britt. Though she is shocked, she is also happy at the same time to see Britt alive. Upon spotting Britt, she turns to her fellow agent, Vaughn, to decode Britt’s presence and seek answers. She reveals that she could use Britt to learn more about the shady situation.

She said, “Joss has that hope because she’s like, ‘Well, now I know somebody who’s involved in this who can perhaps tell me some information,’ you know? She’s thinking, ‘We’re friendly, we have a past.’ She thinks she can use that moving forward.” Being undercover could put her at risk, but McCoy reveals that Josslyn is determined to get answers.
