Fans have previously accused The Bold and the Beautiful of recycling storylines, but with Liam, the show seems to have really hit the wall. There were already rumors about Dr. Grace Buckingham (Cassandra Creech) scamming him for money.
But after Liam’s brain tumor was dismissed in the recent episode, and he was allowed to leave the hospital almost immediately, fans were left unimpressed with the show’s writing. Many fans called out this storyline on social media platforms like X (formerly Twitter), even labeling it as the “dumbest storyline” from the show.
“Thee DUMBEST storyline. All of this drama about Liam dying for him to be released from the hospital…after brain surgery for the supposedly inoperable tumor!” a user said about the recent episode. Another user responded, “My thoughts exactly! Liam going home from the hospital the same day that he has surgery for a supposedly inoperable brain tumor makes absolutely no sense at all!”
