As Lois reveals the full story about how Camillia’s desire for a child led to Gio’s adoption and how Camillia’s death halted any chance of telling the truth, Dante walks in. Shocked and hurt, he presses Brook Lynn about why she never told him.

Lynn confesses she was young, scared, and didn’t want to drag him into a painful decision. Dante, struggling to process it all, makes one thing clear: they need to find their son. However, she refuses to let Lois come with them.

Furious, Lynn accuses her mother of manipulating her life. She agreed to a closed adoption, but Lois changed the plan without her consent. Calling her mother’s actions unforgivable, Brook Lynn storms off with Dante, leaving Lois in tears.
