The ever-growing popularity of manhwa has made it a worldwide sensation, even rivalling its Japanese counterpart (manga). Thanks to popular titles like Solo Leveling and Omniscient Reader, the medium shows no signs of stopping anytime soon. With the winter season over, many new manhwa titles are surfacing.

Here are some new manhwa that you could consider reading this month:

The Main Characters That Only I Know

Sayren, the famous author of The Academy’s Undercover Professor, wrote this beautiful new manhwa. In a world where Divine Spirits give humans tasks and trials to survive as a means of entertainment, the story follows Yoohyun, an adventurer who is stabbed while trying to save his comrade Choi Doyoon.

Yoohyun passes away, cursing the world and his weakness. However, he is reincarnated as a teller, the intermediary between the divine spirits and humans. Now, with a second chance, Yoohyun wishes to change his status from that of a side character to that of a protagonist.

Swordmaster’s Youngest Son Season 2

Jin Runcandel’s story continues as the Swordmaster’s youngest son returns for its second season. The story follows Jin Runcandel, who was discarded for being unable to uphold the family legacy. However, he is able to make a contract with a god, but before he can enjoy it, he is killed. He returns to the past with his memories intact, looking to become the greatest Runcandel ever.

The previous season ended with Jin and Luna discovering Joshua’s twisted nature. This season will feature many in-house conflicts. It will also see Jin begin his flagbearer trials and Luna’s plan to make him the patriarch.

The Indomitable Martial King

Redice Studios collaborates with Lim Kyung-Bae, the author of the popular series Revenge of the Iron-Blooded Sword Hound, to release this new manhwa. In a world where humans sell and buy otherworldly creatures as slaves, the story follows Rifenhardt, who fights for the rights of otherworldly species, earning him the demon king’s title.

He is confronted by the world’s heroes who wish to defeat him and keep the status quo. Despite his best attempts, Tesslon, the martial king, kills him, but he can cast a regression spell before dying. He returns to the past as Tesslon, the man who would become the strongest on the continent. With his memories as a mage still intact, he begins his journey as a great mage and the physically strongest man.

The Last Adventurer

The Last Adventurer is another extraordinary Collaboration between Redice Studios and Lim Kyung-Bae. The story takes place in a world suddenly overrun with gates, bringing with it the era of adventurers—when the tale of the six heroes who sealed the Dark Mage became nothing more than a children’s tale.

As the Dark Mage and his followers reappeared, no one dared resist. However, one adventurer, El Paume, keeps fighting and can bring the story back to the starting point. The manhwa has received a lot of popularity thanks to its relation with Maple Story.

Ending Maker

Ending Maker returns after its five-month hiatus. The story follows Kang Jin-ho and Hong Yoo-Hee, two game addicts obsessed with Legend of Heroes 2. Kang Jin-ho is the rank one player, while Hong Yoo-Hee is the rank 2 player.

After hours of endless games, they are both reincarnated into the bodies of their in-game characters, Jude Bayer and Cordelia Chase. Knowing the game ends with destroying the entire human population, the former Rank 1 and 2 must work together to save the world.

A Golden Fate That Transcends Time

The story follows the life of Eris, whom her stepmother and halfsister fool into marrying the pathetic Gellent. With her reputation ruined and her married life in shambles, Eris’s only source of joy was her son, Luka. However, due to her husband’s infidelity and carelessness, Luka dies.

Gellent tries to comfort Eris, telling her they can have more children, which breaks her down completely. With nowhere to go, Eris prayed to the heavens, begging for her son’s return. The golden dragon took pity on her and returned her to the day before she got entangled with Gellent. She meets Duke Linhel, whom she never spoke to in her previous life, and they make a deal.

The Rankers Guide to Live an Ordinary Life

The story follows the life of Korea’s first S-class awakened, Gyung Jio, who, in reality, is nothing more than a third-rate student. Tired of everything, she decides to live an everyday life well, but that proves complicated when even her mother doesn’t allow her to make calls.

Now, she enjoys her title of just being Korea’s number one unemployed student. However, her peaceful life is threatened when Baek Dohyun, a regressor, appears before her. The new manhwa will put its own comedic spin on the classic tale of rankers and regressors.

Absolute Necromancer Season 2

Chung Song/ Blue Jaeng-Yi’s popular story returns for its second season. The story takes place in a world turned upside down by the appearance of a tower. The tower promised to grant any of their wishes as long as they climbed it. Cha Jinyuk, a necromancer and the strongest ranker in the tower is betrayed and killed by his fellow rankers.

However, thanks to a secret skill, he returns ten years after that day, and now he must rebuild his army. Season one ended with Cha Jinyuk creating his guild, “Heavens Defiant,” to oppose the four rulers.
