Pyramid Game Episode 6: Jang Da-A uses her power and position to threaten Bona

Episode 6 of Pyramid Game starts right where Episode 5 ends. Sung Soo-Ji (Bona) asks Myung Ja-Eun (Ryu Da-In) whether she wants to stay in Rank F forever or not in front of Baek Ha-Rin (Jang Da-A). In response, Myung Ja-Eun says that she does not want that. This challenges Baek Ha-Rin as she wants to keep Myung Ja-Eun forever in Grade F. It is her way of bullying and torturing her.

However, Sung Soo-Ji and her new team have posed a threat to Baek Ha-Rin’s hierarchy at Baekyeon Girls’ High School. Im Ye-Lim (Kang Na-Eon), a trainee and soon to debut in the entertainment industry, plays a massive role in influencing other students in their class. Together with her, Sung Soo-Ji slowly begins to destroy the raking order in their class. During the 15th pyramid game, she ensures that Im Ye-Lim lands in Grade A. It means she also has equal power to Baek Ha-Rin in the class.

In Pyramid Game episode 6, Im Ye-Lim uses her power to show other students that they do not have to behave per the training game in their class. It rattles the entire order of position of students in the class. The majority of them start to interact with each other despite their difference in ranks. It looks like a massive victory for Sung Soo-Ji and her team. However, for their safety, Im Ye-Lim has to maintain distance from Sim Eun-Jung (Lee Ju-Yeon). They both have romantic feelings for each other.

In episode 6 of Pyramid Game, Sung Soo-Ji visits Myung Ja-Eun’s house, where she lives alone. The two spend a comforting time together, and their friendship grows. Later that day, Baek Ha-Rin also goes to meet Myung Ja-Eun at her place. While there, she starts physically torturing her. However, Sung Soo-Ji arrives at the spot at the correct time and rescues Myung Ja-Eun. She then threatens Baek Ha-Rin that she will destroy her and the game, which is a representation of her.

At the end of Pyramid Game episode 6, viewers see Baek Ha-Rin refusing to give up this easily. She goes on to blackmail Im Ye-Lim and Sim Eun-Jung with information about their relationship. She threatens Im Ye-Lim that she will destroy her trainee image and ruin her debut. Sim Eun-Jung gets frightened and starts begging in front of Baek Ha-Rin.

Baek Ha-Rin also blackmails Sung Soo-Ji. She threatens her that she will leak false information about her father to ruin his career and reputation. The episode ends right there, showing that Baek Ha-Rin still has the upper hand.
