One Piece Film: Strong World (2009)

The 10th installment of the Oda’s series, One Piece Film: Strong World, premiered on December 12, 2009. As such, the movie marked the tenth anniversary celebration of One Piece.

The movie’s plot is set between the Thriller Bark and Sabaody Archipelago arcs and reflects the Volume 0 of Eiichiro Oda’s manga. Moreover, it showcases the confrontation between Gol D. Roger and Golden Lion Shiki, setting the Straw Hats on an exciting adventure. 

One Piece Film: Z (2012)

Among the most successful films within the franchise, One Piece Film: Z tops the list with a fair rating of 7.7. Marking the 12th release in the One Piece movie series, the film gained recognition from Osamu Suzki’s script writing and Tatsuya Nagamine’s direction.

The plot unfolds with the stealing of the Marines’ Dyna Stones. These dreadful stones are comparable to the Ancient Weapons. It is found out that the person behind this theft is a former Marine Admiral, Z. Luffy and the rest of the Straw Hat Pirates stand together to confront Z and take back what is rightfully theirs. 

One Piece: Stampede (2019)

One Piece: Stampede is the 14th film in the One Piece anime film series order. It aired on the series’ twentieth anniversary, i.e., on August 9, 2019. Eiichiro Oda helmed the film as a creative supervisor and based the narrative on the Pirates Festival. This event is huge for pirates all around the world to venture on a treasure hunt.

The treasure, in this case, is Gol D. Roger’s lost legacy. Fans’ beloved Straw Hat Pirates join in the adventure as well. However, the plot thickens when a friendly treasure hunt transitions into an exciting battle. Moreover, an enigmatic pirate arrives to change the course of the treasure hunt, thereby adding action to the plot.
