Barbarian Digital Release Date and Bonus Features Revealed

The Barbarian release date on digital has finally been announced.

Before the end of October, audiences can watch the much-appreciated movie written and directed by Zach Cregger at home. The film also hits digital with some brand-new bonus features.

When to Watch Barbarian on Digital

20th Century Studios and New Regency set the Barbarian release date on digital starting on Tuesday, October 25. The movie comes with an interesting featurette titled “Behind Barbarian,” where director Cregger and the cast and crew discuss both the unique and familiar horror elements that make Barbarian terrifying and reveal the inspiration behind the horrific tale. The bonus features include a list of deleted scenes titled “Bonnie,” “Doug Extended,” “Tess Calls Marcus,” and “The Rat.”

Barbarian stars Georgina Campbell, Bill Skarsgård, Justin Long, Matthew Patrick Davis, Richard Brake, Kurt Braunohler, and Jaymes Butler, with Skarsgård also serving as an executive producer.

“Arriving in Detroit for a job interview, a young woman books a rental home,” reads the synopsis. “But when she arrives late at night, she discovers that the house is double booked and a strange man is already staying there. Against her better judgement, she decides to spend the evening, but soon discovers that there’s a lot more to fear than just an unexpected house guest.”

Michael Schaefer, Natalie Lehmann, Danny Chan, and Alex Lebovici executive produced the film. Producers are Arnon Milchan, Roy Lee, Raphael Margules, and J.D. Lifshitz. It hails from 20th Century Studios and New Regency.
