Crunchyroll Releases 2022 Anime Expo Panel Schedule

The 2022 Anime Expo is fast approaching, and ahead of the event in July, Crunchyroll has detailed its plans for the show, as well as revealed that they’ve acquired some big shows.

When the 2022 Anime Expo begins at the Los Angeles Convention Center from July 1-4, 2022, Crunchyroll will be on hand and will have drawstring bags that they’ll be giving out, as well as photo frame cards and a free stress ball as they enter the expo. Crunchyroll will also have its own merch store, that will have over 30 products and apparel to pick from, including exclusive Funko Pops and more.

As far as panels go, Crunchyroll will also be on hand with a ton of highly anticipated shows, including panels for the highly popular shows Spy x Family, Jujutsu Kaisen, Ranking of Kings, and the upcoming series Chainsaw Man. First looks at the upcoming Yurei Deco, Classroom of the Elite Season 2, Bluelock, and Shine On! Bakumatsu Bad Boys! will also be on hand.

Friday, July 1:

  • My Hero Academia OVAs North American Premiere – 12 p.m. PT
  • Spy x Family English Dub Cast Panel – 3 p.m. PT
  • Crunchryoll Presents: New Simulcast Premieres Round 1 – 7 p.m. PT

Saturday, July 2:

  • Crunchyroll Presents: New Simulcasts Premieres Round 2 – 11:30 a.m. PT
  • Fuuto Pi – World Premiere – 7:30 p.m. PT

Sunday, July 3:

  • Crunchyroll Industry Panel – 11:30 a.m. PT
  • Ranking of Kings Panel by Wit Studio and Crunchyroll – 1 p.m. PT
  • Jujutsu Kaisen Focus Panel – 1:30 p.m. PT
  • Crunchyroll Presents: New Simulcast Premieres Round 3 – 3 p.m. PT
  • Mob Psycho 100 III Kickoff Panel – 6:30 p.m. PT

Monday, July 4:

  • Chainsaw Man Panel by Mappa and Crunchyroll – 11:30 a.m. PT

Outside of Anime Expo news, Crunchyroll also confirmed that they had acquired Shine On! Bakumatsu Bad Boys! and OVAs for the fifth season of My Hero Academia, both of which will land on the streaming service in the near future according to them.
