According to a recent report from Star Wars News Net, Red Hot Chili Peppers bassist and legendary musician Flea is set to star in the upcoming Disney+ series Obi-Wan Kenobi.

While cameos and surprises have been teased for the highly anticipated upcoming series, the report notes that Flea will appear “wielding a cool-looking blaster.” It’s unclear exactly what capacity Flea will have in the upcoming series, but the report implies that he will likely come into contact with Obi-Wan, or at the very least feature somewhat heavily in an episode.

The musician is no stranger to the acting world, as Flea has appeared in a variety of movies throughout his long career including Back to the Future, The Big Lebowski, and most recently in 2017’s Baby Driver. However, if true, this will be Flea’s first official appearance in a Star Wars property.

Obi-Wan Kenobi will see the return of Ewan McGregor to the Star Wars universe as he reprises his iconic role as the titular Jedi master, whom he famously portrayed in George Lucas’ prequel trilogy. It also features the return of fellow Star War alums Hayden Christensen as Anakin Skywalker/Darth Vader and Joel Edgerton as Owen Lars.

“The story begins 10 years after the dramatic events of Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith where Obi-Wan Kenobi faced his greatest defeat — the downfall and corruption of his best friend and Jedi apprentice, Anakin Skywalker, who turned to the dark side as evil Sith Lord Darth Vader,” reads the official synopsis.
