The Artist Q&A Streaming Live Tonight!

ON

With ballots out to the Academy and their deadline for nominations looming as well as two important voting groups announcing next week, time is of the essence to make sure awareness is out there for your movie. Although Michel Hazanavicius’ The Artist is thought by many to be this year’s frontrunner, The Weinstein Company aren’t taking any chances with a last minute push which includes an impressive multi-page pamphlet sent out earlier this week, as well as another screening for Academy members in Hollywood tonight. These things are normally followed by a Q&A session, whichever of the cast and crew are available, and this time, the Weinsteins are allowing anyone to listen in and ask questions via live streaming.

That’s right! Tonight at approximately 9:40 PM Pacific Time, you can check into TheArtistmovie.net or their Facebook page and watch the session with director Michel Hazanavicius, stars Jean Dujardin, Bérénice Bejo, James Cromwell, Missi Pyle and producer Thomas Langmann, live from the Wadsworth Theater in Los Angeles.

Or better yet, you can just watch the live stream of the event below:

We also have a couple pictures from the booklet sent out to voters this week, arriving just in time for the movie to be fresh on everyone’s minds as they fill out their ballots. We’ll actually be filling out our Critics Choice ballots soon in preparation for the show airing on VH-1 at 8pm on Thursday, January 12. More on that soon!
