NBC’s upcoming spinoff of “The Office,” titled “The Farm”, has landed another talent in actor/comedian Matt Jones, Deadline reports. He’ll play Zeke, the cousin of Rainn Wilson’s Dwight Schrute.
Best known for his recurring role as Brandon “Badger” Mayhew on AMC’s “Breaking Bad,” Jones has also appeared on the big screen in Kevin Smith’s Red State.
Jones joins Majandra Delfino, Thomas Middleditch and Blake Garrett as newcomers to the Schrute family. Delfino will play Dwight’s sister, Fannie, while Middleditch will play his brother, Jeb. Garrett, meanwhile, will play Dwight’s nephew, Cameron.
The entire family is expected to be introduced in an episode of “The Office” in its ninth and final season later this year.
