MTV has revealed today at their upfront presentation that “Beavis and Butt-head” will return to the channel this summer.
Created by Mike Judge, Beavis and Butt-head first appeared in a short called “Frog Baseball” as part of the MTV animated show “Liquid Television.” That led to the development of the half-hour show.
The original “Beavis and Butt-head” series ran for 200 episodes between 1993 and 1997. There was also a feature film (Beavis and Butt-head Do America), a comic book series and video games.
