Lloyd Owen is Inseparable

“Viva Laughlin” star Lloyd Owen has landed the lead in Fox’s one-hour pilot “Inseparable,” according to Variety.

“Inseparable,” from ABC Studios and writer/executive producer Shaun Cassidy, is a modern-day Jekyll-and-Hyde tale about a partially paralyzed forensic psychiatrist (Owen) with a split personality whose alter ego is a charismatic criminal.

This is the second contemporary Jekyll-and-Hyde split-personality drama in the works at the broadcast networks for next season.

In April, NBC gave a straight-to-series order to “My Own Worst Enemy,” a one-hour from writer Jason Smilovic that stars Christian Slater as a middle-class suburban dad whose alter ego is a super spy. “Enemy” is slated to air in the Monday 10 p.m. slot in the fall.
