Milch is executive producing with his longtime collaborator and former police gumshoe Bill Clark.
Coulter’s reuniting with former “Sopranos” star Falco for the Showtime half-hour about an independent-minded nurse who fights bureaucracy and inefficiency in the contempo health-care system.
