New Titans Season 2 Set Photo Reveals First Look At Nightwing

New set photos from the second season of Titans have surfaced online through Twitter (via Screen Rant), revealing our first glimpse at Brenton Thwaites’ new costume as Nightwing. In the first season, Dick Grayson had trouble with finding his own superhero identity as Robin following his split from being Batman’s sidekick. However, towards the end of the season one, he finally have decided to let go of Robin and formally passes the cape onto Jason Todd. Check out the photos below!

Episode 2.03 titled “Ghosts,” is set o premiere on on September 20. Its official synopsis reads: “With the reemergence of Dr. Light (recurring guest star MICHAEL MOSLEY), the old Titans reluctantly return to Titans Tower to strategize against their old enemy. But the secrets of the Titans’ past threaten to tear apart this newly formed team from within. While the old Titans question Dick’s acceptance of Rose Wilson into their midst, the new Titans start to wonder about the unspoken tragedy that disbanded the group years before. Meanwhile, an old friend from Kory’s home planet of Tamaran comes to Earth with an urgent mission.”

Titans follows a group of young heroes from across the DC Universe as they come of age and find belonging in a gritty take on the classic Teen Titans franchise. Dick Grayson and Rachel Roth, a special young girl possessed by a strange darkness, get embroiled in a conspiracy that could bring Hell on Earth. Joining them along the way are the hot-headed Starfire and loveable Beast Boy. Together they become a surrogate family and team of heroes.

Season 2 will feature Joshua Orpin as Conner Kent/Superboy, Esai Morales as Deathstroke, Chella Man as Deathstroke’s son Jericho Wilson, Chelsea T. Zhang as Deathstroke’s daughter Rose Wilson (aka The Ravager), Iain Glen (Game of Thrones) as Bruce Wayne, Natalie Gumede as Mercy Graves and Drew Van Acker as Aqualad.

The series stars Brenton Thwaites (Gods of Egypt) as Dick Grayson/Robin, Teagan Croft (Home and Away) as Raven, Anna Diop (24: Legacy) as Koriand’r/Starfire, Alan Ritchson (Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles) & Minka Kelly (Friday Night Lights) as Hawk and Dove, Bruno Bichir as Dr. Niles Caulder, and Lindsey Gort as Police Detective Amy Rohrbach.
