David Conrad Joins Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. in Top Secret Role

TVLine is reporting that “Ghost Whisperer” star David Conrad has just landed a recurring role on the upcoming “Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.” As with J. August Richards’ casting, the role is being kept a secret for the time being, but the site notes that Conrad fits the type for a character the show was looking to cast described as “a brilliant and quirky scientist.” Who do you think Conrad is playing? Clark Gregg reprises his role of Agent Phil Coulson from Marvel’s feature films as he assembles a small, highly select group of Agents including: Brett Dalton as Agent Grant Ward, Iain De Caestecker as Agent Leo Fitz, Elizabeth Henstridge as Agent Jemma Simmons, Ming-Na Wen as Agent Melinda May and Chloe Bennet as the mysterious computer hacker Skye.
