Violent Shit Gets a Contemporary, Giallo Overhaul in New Film

Andreas Schnaas’ Violent Shit, and its killer Karl Berg (“Karl the Butcher), is back in an all-new film overseen by the original film’s producer Steve Aquilina and directed by Luigi Pastore.

Violent Shit was a 1989 German gore flick that spawned two sequels – one in ’92 and one in ’99. The new film – Violent Shit: The Movie – is merging the bloody excess of those films with a giallo sensibility.

Blood Moon Trailer Gives Us Gunslingers Versus Werewolves

Teaser Debut for the Indie Horror Film ‘Made Me Do It’

Shock Till You Drop has received a first look at the independent horror film Made Me Do It. Below, check out a teaser trailer! In addition to the new promo, you can watch two film clips. When a masked killer attacks college student Ali Hooper and her little brother, they must uncover his painful past if they hope to survive the night.

“The film is in the same vein as the original Halloween with a mix of Psycho and Natural Born Killers,” says director Benjamin Koppin. Filming took place in Los Angeles for six days with a few extra days allotted for additional shooting.

The film is the feature debut of Alberto Marini, Summer Camp, has an official teaser trailer that honestly doesn’t reveal all that much but showcases a lot of bloody mayhem (the drill gag is especially fun).
Marino previously helmed a pair of short films and scripted Sleep Tight by Jaume Balaguero, Films to Keep You Awake: “To Let”, and, Romasanta: The Werewolf Hunt. He also penned Summer Camp which finds Diego Boneta and Maiara Walsh co-starring with The House of the Devil’s Jocelin Donahue.

The Vampyres Remake Now Has a Teaser Trailer

A trailer Victor Matellano’s Vampyres hit the web today ahead of the American Film Market which kicks off next week. If you recall, this is the redo of Joseph Larraz’s 1974 film and, based on the trailer below, it certainly looks like Matellano stayed true to the source material.
