Victor Garcia’s Gallows Hill Nabs Distribution

IFC has taken the distribution rights to Victor Garcia’s Gallows Hill, reports Screen Daily. Garcia’s first feature was Return to the House on Haunted Hill, a film that packed visual flourish but failed in the script department. His follow-up, the most recent Hellraiser sequel.

Richard D’Ovidio (The Call, Thirteen Ghosts?) penned the script.

First Look at Peter Facinelli in Gallows Hill

Gallows Hill is one supernatural thriller we’ve been covering for a bit now. A year ago, we got a preview of what’s to come in the film in an interview with writer Richard D’Ovidio.

The film, directed by Victor Garcia and now complete, is seeking distribution and we’ve landed a first look at star Peter Facinelli (the Twilight series) in this tale.

Victor Garcia to Direct Crawl to Me

Return to House on Haunted Hill and Gallows Hill director Victor Garcia has booked his next gig: An adaptation of the IDW graphic novel “Crawl to Me.”  Rodar y Rodar (The Orphanage) is on board to produce the project which was created by Life of Agony’s Alan Robert.

Peter Facinelli, Sophia Myles and Nathalia Ramos will star in the horror film Gallows Hill.  Victor Garcia is directing for David Higgins, Peter Block and Andrea Chung.  Thirteen Ghosts scribe Richard D’Ovidio penned the script based on an idea he cooked up with Higgins.
