Comic -Style Poster for Upcoming Intruders

The March 30th release, Intruders, has spawned a “comic book”-style poster from artist Jacen Burrows.

A little bit about Burrows: He graduated from the Savannah College of Art and Design in 1996 with a degree in Sequential Art. He has worked with several comic companies over the years including Caliber Press and London Night Studios, and is currently working under an exclusive contract with Avatar Press. Since working with Avatar he has worked with several of comics most prominent names including Alan Moore, Warren Ellis and Garth Ennis.

 

His comic work includes The Courtyard, Dark Blue, Scars, and 303. Outside of comics he has done illustration work for several video game and role playing game companies, including work on Rockstar Games’s Grand Theft Auto: Vice City and TSR’s Dungeons & Dragons.

 

He cites influences as varied as Matt Wagner and Tim Truman to Alfred Hitchcock and David Lynch.

Millennium Entertainment has debuted the new trailer for director Juan Carlos Fresnadillo’s horror-thriller Intruders, opening in theaters on March 30th. You can watch the trailer below the description!

Though no one can see him, Hollow Face lurks in the corners, desperately desiring love but only knowing how to spread fear and hate. He creeps into the life of John Farrow (Clive Owen) after Farrow’s beloved 13-year-old daughter Mia (Ella Purnell) is assaulted in their home. The line between the real and the imaginary blurs as fissures start to open within the family unit. It seems that no security measure can keep Hollow Face out.

From visionary filmmaker Juan Carlos Fresnadillo (28 Weeks Later, the upcoming Highlander reboot), Intruders is the chilling story of two children living in different countries, each visited nightly by a faceless being who wants to take possession of them.

A New Intruders Poster Has Arrived

Juan Carlos Fresnadillo’s latest, Intruders, has released a new Spanish-language poster that you can check out below (courtesy of IMP Awards). 

Set for release in April of 2012, the film stars Clive Owen, Carice Van Houten, Daniel Bruhl, Kerry Fox and Ella Purnell and tells the tale of Juan and Mia, two children who live in different countries. They are both visited every night by a faceless intruder, a terrifying being that wants to get hold of them. These appearances becomes more powerful and start ruling their lives as well as their families’. Anxiety and tension increase when their parents also witness the apparitions.
