Kate Beckinsale to Star in Eliza Graves

Kate Beckinsale can’t quit the genre.  The star of the Underworld franchise is going to take a leap into Eliza Graves, the next directing vehicle for Brad Anderson (Session 9, The Call), says The Hollywood Reporter.

ShockTillYouDrop.com first told you about this Nu Image/Millennium production last fall.  Then, we were told Eliza Graves is a psychological thriller about a doctor who takes a job at an insane asylum.

There, she falls for another doctor and soon comes to learn that the patients have taken over the clinic.

Brad Anderson to Introduce You to Eliza Graves

Session 9 helmer Brad Anderson is attached to direct Eliza Graves for Nu Image/Millennium Films.  Written by Joseph Gangemi, the film is based on the Edgar Allan Poe tale “The System of Doctor Tarr and Professor Fether.”

Gangemi previously penned an episode of Fear Itself as well as the 2007 film Wind Chill starring Emily Blunt.

Anderson is currently at work on The Hive, a thriller starring Halle Berry, Abigail Breslin and Michael Eklund.
