A&E's upcoming "Bates Motel," has added another cast member in the form of The Last Airbender star Nicola Peltz. The Hollywood Reporter brings word that she'll join Vera Farmiga, Freddie Highmore and Max Thieriot in the Psycho prequel series.
Peltz's character, Bradley Kenner, is described by ShockTillYouDrop.com as one of four high school girls that are in the same class as young Norman. The other three include Jenna, Hayden and Lissa and, together, they are said to land Norman in some trouble.
"Bates Motel" is said to give viewers an intimate understanding of how Norman Bates' psyche developed from his childhood through his teen years. Fans will have access to the dark, twisted backstory and learn first hand how his mother, Norma, and her love damaged Norman, helped forge the most well-known serial killing motel owner in history.
"Bates Motel" is produced by Universal Television for A&E Network. The script was written by Anthony Cipriano.
