i found out a huge spoiler from the finale. i'm glad none of these videos were anything to do with it! well, one was, but i'm not gonna spoil it for anyone else!

They cant set off the bomb, cause if they do, nothing changes. Think about it, Juliett is on the island because of radiation in pregnant women. She is going to relize it, thats why in the previews after last weeks episode you see Sawyer and Juliett back on the island telling Jack that he cant set off the bomb. If the bomb goes off. Nothing changes.

I don't think you can really say they got out of control if you don't watch it. If you used to watch it I'm assuming you have no idea what the context of these videos is. It got complicated because it's been running for five years, if it stayed the same it would've gotten super stale super fast.
