The sales are coming a lot faster as we get to the last few days of the Sundance Film Festival and the latest ones announced are the Amanda Seyfried biopic Lovelace going to RADiUS-TWC and David Gordon Green's Prince Avalanche being picked up by Magnolia Pictures.

Directed by Rob Epstein and Jeffrey Friedman, Lovelace tells the story of '70s porn star Linda Lovelace, as played by Seyfried, best known for the blockbuster Deep Throat, and it features an all-star cast including Peter Sarsgaard, Sharon Stone, Juno Temple, Wes Bentley, Hank Azaria, Bobby Cannavale, Chris Noth, Robert Patrick, James Franco, Eric Roberts, Adam Brody, Chloe Sevigny and Sarah Jessica Parker.

Pineapple Express director David Gordon Green's return to indie, adapted from an Icelandic film called "Either Way," stars Paul Rudd and Emile Hirsch as odd couple Alvin and Lance, who leave the city to paint traffic lines on the highway.

By our count, those are the 13th and 14th movies sold since the Sundance Film Festival began last week, which isn't bad at all. There are still a few big buzz movies that have yet to broker deals, the most prominent one being Richard Linklater's Before Midnight which has received almost unanimous praise since its premiere.
