News's horror site was at the Javits Center in New York City this past weekend for the 2012 New York Comic-Con and they attended panels and did interviews for what should be three of 2013's more anticipated horror flicks, Screen Gems' remakes of Carrie (out March 15) and Evil Dead (out April 12) and Saw and Insidious director James Wan's The Conjuring (out July 19).

We're still working on editing and uploading all of our video interviews from this yearís New York Comic Con, but one of the more exciting panels was for James Wan's The Conjuring, starring Patrick Wilson, Vera Farmiga, Lili Taylor and Ron Livingston, a period horror flick that was really eaten up by the horror fans in the IGN Theater on Saturday.

Arrow made its way to the New York Comic Con today where The CW showed off a trailer for the next nine episodes of the series. The video, which you can see below, shows off a lot of the characters that many of us have been waiting very patiently to see

TV Guide reports that Conan O'Brien will voice late-night talk show host Dave Endochrine in Batman: The Dark Knight Returns, Part 2. Endochrine interviews the Joker after his release from Arkham Asylum.

Screen Gems debuted this first image from the Evil Dead remake today at the New York Comic Con.

Screen Gems revealed the international poster for director Kimberly Peirce's Carrie at the New York Comic Con today and you can now check it out below! Opening in theaters on March 15, 2013, the film stars ChloŽ Grace Moretz, Judy Greer, Portia Doubleday, Alex Russell, Gabriella Wilde, Ansel Elgort and Julianne Moore.

At todayís Marvel Television Presents panel at New York Comic Con, Head of TV Jeph Loeb announced that Clark Gregg will reprise his role as Agent Phil Coulson in the live-action pilot "Marvel's S.H.I.E.L.D."! Gregg previously played Coulson in Iron Man, Iron Man 2, Thor and Marvel's The Avengers, as well as Marvel One-Shots "The Consultant" and "A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to Thor's Hammer."

On Saturday, October 13 at the New York Comic Con, Sony's Screen Gems will present both Carrie and Evil Dead - and this year the panels will be streamed live!

By now, you probably have already read the announcement by Legendary Comics that they would be releasing a graphic novel prequel to Guillermo del Toro's Pacific Rim, written by screenwriter Travis Beacham, and that Grant Morrison would be writing a new six-issue mini-series called "Annihilator." attended the press conference held at the Legendary Comics booth shortly before the announcement and you can watch the full video of the event as well as check out interviews with the creators and Legendary Comics editor-in-chief Bob Schreck.
