Liam Neeson is set to star in Warner Bros. action film Run All Night, reports Deadline. The studio is negotiating with Jaume Collett-Sera, who teamed with Neeson for Unknown and the upcoming Non-Stop, to direct the film this fall.

In the film, written by Brad Ingelsby, Neeson will play a mob hitman who is forced to take on his former boss in a single night. The guy has to protect his son and family, and winds up on the run from the mob and the authorities with his estranged son.

Roy Lee of Vertigo Entertainment is producing along with Brooklyn Weaver, and John Middleton is executive producer.
