Serious movement is underway in bringing the next Human Centipede sequel to the big screen. EW reports that director Tom Six and the original film's star, Dieter Laser, have overcome their legal dispute and that Laser will be back for Human Centipede 3, set to begin production in May.
Laser, who played mad scientist Dr. Josef Heiter in the original film, will play a brand new character for the third entry, teaming with Human Centipede 2's Laurence R. Harvey as a villainous team. The outlet also notes that a "big American celebrity" is attached to star, although the specific actor or actress is currently a mystery.
Plot details for Human Centipede 3 are also few, but Six claims that this film will see a dramatically expanded grotesque creation with a 500-person human centipede.
