As you may know, Friday was Stephen King's 65th birthday! Did you also know that it was Carrie White's birthday? Stephen King gave his iconic character Carrie, from his first published novel, the same birthday as him. To celebrate, Screen Gems has launched the official Facebook page and has debuted the Birth Certificate of Carrie White (or rather, Carrietta White).

Carrie is a reimagining of the classic horror tale about Carrie White (Chloë Grace Moretz), a shy girl outcast by her peers and sheltered by her deeply religious mother (Julianne Moore), who unleashes telekinetic terror on her small town after being pushed too far at her senior prom.

The March 15, 2013 release is directed by Kimberly Peirce and also stars Judy Greer, Portia Doubleday, Alex Russell, Gabriella Wilde and Ansel Elgort.
