Even though it's been 16 years since the release of Roland Emmerich's Independence Day, the talk of sequels is hotter now than it has ever been. According to an interview with FilmStarts (seen here via Bleeding Cool) the sequels will be a 'package' deal coming in the form of ID Forever - Part 1 and ID Forever - Part 2.
