Lindsay Lohan, who recently wrapped filming Lifetime's "Liz & Dick," is in talks to star in Dimension Films' Scary Movie 5, according to TheWrap.
While it's unknown which character she may play, Lohan would star opposite Ashley Tisdale ("High School Musical") in the April 19, 2013 release. The film is scheduled to start shooting this summer.
Director Malcolm Lee will be teaming up and working side by side with director David Zucker (the "Airplane" and "The Naked Gun" franchises). Zucker wrote and directed Scary Movie 3 and Scary Movie 4 and is also co-writing and producing Scary Movie 5.
The "Scary Movie" franchise, which lampoons the greatest in horror and genre fare, has grossed over $800 million worldwide.
